We were happy to send him Sterling the creature who loves good friends and talking about stars and reading books. The neck pillow is to bring him comfort on the road and at appointments. There are some sensory squishies he can use to keep him busy. The cape is a reminder that he is a superhero for fighting cancer. The name of this tutu is called "Stitched with Love." Each piece of tulle is hand cut and arranged. The hearts are all hand cut and sewn throughout. A lot of love for a sweet warrior.
